including the following area, Linn KS and Missouri, including the
following areas, Bates, Chariton, Cooper, Henry, Howard, Johnson MO,
Lafayette, Pettis, Randolph and Saline.

New or additional flash flooding is no longer expected to pose a
threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
