...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1 AM CDT FRIDAY...
* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Kansas, including the following areas, Johnson
KS, Linn KS, Miami and Wyandotte and Missouri, including the
following areas, Bates, Cass, Cooper, Henry, Howard, Jackson,
Johnson MO, Lafayette, Pettis and Saline.
* WHEN...Until 1 AM CDT Friday.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Saturated soils from this morning's rainfall will lead to
little tolerance for additional rainfall through this
evening.
