...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT THROUGH LATE THURSDAY NIGHT...
* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Kansas, including the following areas, Johnson
KS, Miami and Wyandotte and Missouri, including the following
areas, Cass, Jackson, Johnson MO, Lafayette and Saline.
* WHEN...Through late Thursday night.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Area creeks and
streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Anticipated heavy rainfall from storms overnight through
