* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.
* WHERE...Portions of central, north central, northeast, northwest,
and west central Missouri, including the following areas, in
central Missouri, Cooper, Howard, Pettis and Saline. In north
central Missouri, Caldwell, Carroll, Chariton, Daviess, Grundy,
Harrison, Linn MO, Livingston, Macon, Mercer, Putnam, Randolph and
Sullivan. In northeast Missouri, Adair. In northwest Missouri, De
Kalb, Gentry and Worth. In west central Missouri, Lafayette and
Ray.
