Putnam and Schuyler Counties.
* WHEN...From 6 PM this evening to noon CST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Hazardous driving conditions due to low visibility and
isolated slick spots.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Temperatures may reach near freezing for a
few hours overnight into Wednesday morning. This may result in
some surfaces freezing, and slick spots on untreated roadways.
