* WHERE...Portions of northeast Kansas and central, north central,
  northeast, and northwest Missouri.

* WHEN...From noon to 10 PM CDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
