FOR WIND AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY...

* AFFECTED AREA...In Kansas, Fire Weather Zones 025 and 102. In
  Missouri, Fire Weather Zones 001, 002, 011, 012 and 020.

* TIMING...Until 8 PM CDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Any fire that develops will catch and spread
  quickly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.

* WIND...Northwest sustained winds from 20 to 30 mph gusting
  over 35 mph at times.

* HUMIDITY...Ranging from 20 to 30 percent.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
