At 158 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Linwood, or near De Soto, moving northeast at 55 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Kansas City, Olathe, Merriam, Shawnee, Lenexa, Lackmans, Holliday,
Bonner Springs, Clearview City, Lake Quivira, Muncie, Edwardsville,
Linwood, Reno, Maywood, Tonganoxie, Piper, De Soto, Basehor, and
Overland Park.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 70 in Kansas between mile markers 410 and 418.
 Interstate 35 in Kansas between mile markers 218 and 230.
 Interstate 635 between mile markers 1 and 7.
 Interstate 435 between mile markers 0 and 15, and between mile
markers 80 and 83.
