NORTHEASTERN LEAVENWORTH...SOUTHEASTERN ATCHISON AND CENTRAL PLATTE
COUNTIES THROUGH 230 AM CDT...

At 202 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Easton, or near Weston, moving southeast at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Leavenworth, Lansing, Platte City, Weston, Kansas City, Tracy,
Farley, Iatan, Fort Leavenworth, Wolcott, Waldron, Bean Lake,
Stillings, Beverly, Kansas City Intl Arpt, Hoover, East Leavenworth,
and Lowemont.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 29 between mile markers 14 and 22.
 Interstate 435 between mile markers 17 and 19, and between mile
markers 22 and 34.
