THROUGH 515 PM CDT...

At 450 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Blue Springs, moving northeast at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Independence, Blue Springs, Grain Valley, Buckner, Sibley, Levasy,
and Napoleon.

This includes Interstate 70 in Missouri between mile markers 22 and
23.
