SOUTHEASTERN BUCHANAN COUNTIES IS CANCELLED...

The storms which prompted the warning have moved out of the warned
area. Therefore, the warning has been cancelled.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 600 AM CDT for
northeastern and east central Kansas...and northwestern and west
central Missouri.

FOR EASTERN WYANDOTTE...NORTHEASTERN JOHNSON...CLINTON...CLAY...
SOUTHEASTERN PLATTE AND NORTHWESTERN JACKSON COUNTIES...

At 348 AM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from near Lathrop to near Liberty to Merriam, moving east
at 45 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
         roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
Kansas City, Overland Park, Independence, Shawnee, Lenexa, Leawood,
Raytown, Liberty, Gladstone, Grandview, Prairie Village, Excelsior
Springs, Merriam, Cameron, Mission, Smithville, Kearney, Parkville,
Edwardsville, and North Kansas City.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 70 in Missouri between mile markers 0 and 13.
 Interstate 70 in Kansas between mile markers 414 and 423.
 Interstate 35 in Missouri between mile markers 0 and 53.
 Interstate 35 in Kansas between mile markers 222 and 235.
 Interstate 29 between mile markers 0 and 9.
 Interstate 635 between mile markers 0 and 12.
 Interstate 470 between mile markers 0 and 2.
 Interstate 435 between mile markers 0 and 9, and between mile
