FOR SOUTHEASTERN DONIPHAN...BUCHANAN AND NORTH CENTRAL PLATTE
COUNTIES...

At 847 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Elwood, moving
north at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Golf ball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail
         damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect wind
         damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
St. Joseph, Wathena, Elwood, Country Club, Agency, Dearborn,
Rushville, Easton, De Kalb, St. Joseph Airport, and Faucett.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 29 between mile markers 30 and 51.
 Interstate 229 between mile markers 0 and 10.
