...WINTER STORM WATCH IN EFFECT FROM SATURDAY EVENING THROUGH LATE
SUNDAY NIGHT...

* WHAT...Heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations between 4 and
  13 inches, with the highest amounts north of Interstate 70. Ice
  accumulations up to one third of an inch also possible, primarily
  south of Interstate 70.

* WHERE...Portions of east central and northeast Kansas and central,
  north central, northeast, northwest, and west central Missouri.

* WHEN...From Saturday evening through late Sunday night.

* IMPACTS...Travel could become extremely difficult. Windy
  conditions could also create blowing snow and very poor visibility.
