THROUGH LATE SUNDAY NIGHT...

* WHAT...Heavy mixed precipitation possible. Total snow and sleet
  accumulations between 8 and 13 inches and ice accumulations around
  two tenths of an inch possible. Winds could gust as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE...Portions of east central and northeast Kansas and central,
  north central, northeast, northwest, and west central Missouri.

* WHEN...From Saturday evening through late Sunday night.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible.
