* WHAT...For the Winter Storm Warning, heavy mixed precipitation.
Additional snow and sleet accumulations up to two inches and ice
accumulations up to one tenth of an inch. For the Blizzard
Warning, blizzard conditions expected. Total snow and sleet
accumulations between 9 and 14 inches and ice accumulations around
a light glaze. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.
* WHERE...Portions of northeast Kansas and north central, northwest,
and west central Missouri.
* WHEN...For the Winter Storm Warning, until 3 AM CST Sunday. For
the Blizzard Warning, from 3 AM Sunday to 3 AM CST Monday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Widespread
blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. Visibilities
may drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and blowing snow.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
