* WHEN...For the Wind Chill Advisory, from midnight tonight to 6
PM CST Friday. For the Wind Chill Watch, from Friday evening
through Saturday morning.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills could cause frostbite on
exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
