* WHAT...Freezing drizzle. Additional ice accumulations around a
  light glaze. Re-freeze of melted areas with temperatures around or
  below freezing continuing this evening.

* WHERE...Portions of northeast Kansas and north central, northeast,
  and northwest Missouri.

* WHEN...Until 9 PM CST this evening.

* IMPACTS...Very slippery sidewalks, roads and bridges are possible.
  The hazardous conditions could impact the Wednesday evening
  commute.
