* WHAT...Heavy mixed precipitation. Snow accumulations between 4 and
  6 inches and ice accumulations around a light glaze.

* WHERE...Portions of east central and northeast Kansas and central,
  north central, and west central Missouri.

* WHEN...Until 9 PM CST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
  likely become slick and hazardous this evening and tonight from
  freezing drizzle, followed by snow late tonight and Wednesday.
  Plan on hazardous road conditions. The hazardous conditions could
  impact the Wednesday morning and evening commutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
